1] Terms of Benoka for all applicants
Benoka Charity is a voluntary, nonprofit, nonpartisan Humanitarian project that focuses on building support in the America,Europe and many countries.
Our success is supported by voluntary donations from all corners of the World. In other words , the possibility of Benoka to tender or offer financial rescue and other food assistance, it based solely on voluntary contributions.
Only through this , it is possible for Benoka to help disadvantaged people in America, Europe and many countries.

All offers, benefits and services from Benoka, for people in financial emergency are made solely on the basis of the following conditions. Back to the top.

2] Offers/ Services and Benefits
The voluntary services of Benoka are the provision of financial aid solutions and a Better life for helpless / disadvantaged people in financial need.
Our priority as a philanthropist, is to give these people adequate attention and the best possible support .

3] Request for assistance of all kinds
Requestant is required to make truthful details about his problems and personal data in text form.

Ths is to forward to ( Benoka Care Centre, Dept. Admin., PO box 762134- 22069 Hamburg, Germany or this can equally be forwarded to Benoka e-mail : problem@benoka.org or you click on problem to make a direct entry ).
The dispatch of an entry to Benoka by form, post or e-mail, assured the requestant that his form content is written truthfully.

If Benoka receives this request, this will be examined whether the content of the request is truthful.
If the positive claims the test, Benoka shall decide whether action has to be taking immediately or be in awaiting line depending . The requestant may be informed along the process but not a must.

Attention :
We would like to bring to urgent attention that Benoka Humanitarian Project is not obliged to admit any source of request, to approve , examine or answer anything relating to that. Benoka reserves the right to make request of all kinds ,regarding the truthfulness of the clients request contents.

Benoka reserves the right to withdraw or keep aside requestants request without informing the requestant and without giving reason for this. This means that any request for assistance, no matter what kind , in which the requestant is sending to Benoka Humanitarian Project, has no legal claims against Benoka or against Benoka Terms any kind.

4] Service
Benoka ensures that the services he provides is not flawed. The requestant is aware that it is not possible for multimedia applications to be developed with no significant errors . Is the services of Benoka are not available at once , or only partially available, Benoka is to provide the services at a later date.

5] Rights / Instruction
The requestant may withdraw or call back his request at any time and give reason in text form-(such as Letter, e-mail).

6] Supply of materials donations
The material donations of all kinds are distributed among the needy in America, Europe and in many countries .

The damage incurred during transportation shall not give right claim against the Philanthropist Benoka.
All damages must be reported immediately to Benoka, then Benoka will forward the complaints to the responsible transporters.

7] Liability
The data communication over the Internet in accordance with the current state of technology is not always error-free or the availability at any time to be guaranteed .

Benoka therefore not liable for the permanent or continuous availability of the Online service or for technical and electronic errors, especially not for the delay in processing or adoption of resolutions.

8] Responsibility for content on the Website
The Philanthropist Benoka is responsible only for it`s own website content.
Benoka is not responsible for foreign offers, to which Benoka gives access ( for example: via links).

9] Amendments and Jurisdiction
Benoka expressly reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions at any time without giving reason .
In case the affected person recast the new Amendments, Benoka can after Â§. 1.2.3 serve the concerned client notice . All our services for the affected client must be Terminated .

The sole Jurisdiction for all resulting disputes from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions remains the State of Hamburg .

The validity of the UN law is excluded.

10] Notice:
This concerned all Requestants .
We want to make it clear that it´ s through voluntary donations we can be able to achieve a meaningful result for you and for your financial problems / threats .
Benoka Care is not obligated to approve your request form / request .
In other words, it is not compulsory or mandatory for Benoka to acknowledge, responds , translate ,approve or Authorize your request /request form for help. Benoka has the right to retain your request without making any comment on this or contacting you .
This means that any application /request form you are mailing , posting or sending to Benoka Care has no opposing right over Benoka or against the Terms and Conditions .
